We are pleased to inform that our newest paper has been accepted for publication in the Light: Science & Applications journal (Nature Group). It experimentally confirms that the X waves can be indeed created in the optical microcavity – exactly in the way we theoretically foresaw last year.
With regards to commencing our three-year Foundation for Polish Science “First Team” project entitled Integrated optics in time-frequency domain: a new versatile platform for quantum technologies, the research group of Dr. habil. Magdalena Stobińska moves to the Faculty of Physics, the University of Warsaw.
We would like to welcome Tom Sturges and Monika Mycroft, who have just joined the “QCAT” group. Tom has finished his Ph.D. studies at the University of Exeter and will work with us as a postdoc. He specializes in plasmonics. Monika just graduated from the University of Oxford and was enrolled as a Ph.D. student.
