Dr. Raul Corrêa graduated from the Physics Department of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil, where he studied from 2009 to 2015, with a Master’s dissertation on Foundations of Quantum Mechanics. His main research interests are quantum optics (non-classical light states, multi-photon correlations, light-matter interaction), quantum foundations and electrodynamics.
Dr. Corrêa completed his PhD at the Federal University of Minas Gerais in 2019 with the thesis Quantum interference of force, Hanbury Brown and Twiss interference with electrons, and photon reflection by a quantum mirror, having spent one year of his PhD at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany.
Since May 2019 Raul Corrêa is a postdoc in Dr. habil. Magdalena Stobińska’s Research Group at the Faculty of Physics, the University of Warsaw.
